5 Star Review. I had a problem with my router (BT Home Hub) and they were very helpful in first of all diagnosing the problem and then coming to fix it. Six months later I had a problem with a setting in the router and they even helped me with that solution over the phone (at no extra cost)! I can't say fairer than that!

I cannot recommend him enough. He was quick to diagnose the problem and I got the machine back the same day which I was never expecting! Really reasonably priced and friendly staff. I was I need of a replacement graphics card fast after breaking my old one, I searched many local computer shops that did not have any cards that came close to what I needed, I then tried Fix IT who had the part at a very reasonable price and was more than happy to help and offered useful advice. 5 Star Review. Called in to see Steve this morning at dead on 10am. Took into him my sons dead PC tower which would switch on but would not power up the monitors. Steve told me to leave it with him and he'd look at it some point in the day. An hour later, I got a phone call to say it had been fixed and was just £15.00. Now I could have been ripped off and told that I needed a new PCU or motherboard but no, a very quick fix thanks to this guy and now I have one very happy son again. Thank you Steve, massively impressed and will be recommending you to any and everyone who needs their PC repairing or looking at.
